Purpose of PoV

Power of Volatility provides market research, strategy signals and paper-trading tools. It does not place real-money orders and does not provide personalised investment advice.

Your decisions and risk

Options trading can cause substantial loss. Data, estimates, signals and historical results may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate and do not guarantee future performance. You are responsible for checking information and making your own trading decisions.

Accounts and trials

You must use your own Google account and keep access secure. Each eligible user receives one 30-day trial. We may suspend misuse, automated abuse or attempts to access another user’s data.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, copy or resell protected data, or use PoV for unlawful activity. Features may change as strategies and data sources improve.

Availability

We aim to keep PoV available, but market feeds, brokers and cloud services can fail or be unavailable. The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation or profit.

Account closure

You may delete your account from the Account page. We may restrict or close accounts that breach these terms.
